Tungsten Properties, with funding partner Barwood Capital, has been shortlisted in two categories for the IAS Awards 2020 for Super-G, its 261,000 sq ft new warehouse in Yorkshire.

The two categories are:

- Deal of the Year - over 250,000 sq ft

- Best Investment Transaction

Super-G was successfully let in August 2019 to global sportswear company PUMA for its national distribution centre on a 15 year lease. The building was then sold to South African specialist industrial REIT, Equites Property Fund.

Jeff Penman, managing director, Tungsten Properties said: "That Super-G has been shortlisted in not one but two categories at the prestigious IAS Awards, is testament to the fact that this high-spec, new warehouse was successfully delivered with our funding partner from site purchase, through development, to letting and ultimate sale. Congratulations to all the finalists and we look forward to joining the virtual awards."

The awards are being filmed in a secret location in early September with the finished edited film being released on 24th September 2020 where the winners will be announced in real time.
