Tungsten Properties has received planning consent from Tamworth Borough Council for four new high specification industrial and warehouse units at Amington Industrial Estate, Sandy Way in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
The units will range from 9,000 sq ft to 54,500 sq ft and will be available for occupation either on leasehold or freehold terms from Q1 2022. Depending on future occupiers, the units are expected to house circa 50 jobs.
The new units will provide turn-key fit-out options will be available so that businesses can move straight in.
Tungsten Park is off Glascote Road and has good access to the M42 Junction 10.
