Urban Logistics REIT and Tungsten Properties, one of the leading mid-box industrial and warehouse developers in the UK, have commenced construction of Tungsten Park Stone, their joint venture industrial and logistics scheme in central Staffordshire.
Situated close to both the M6 and A34, the project totals 86,000 sq ft across four buildings ranging from 12,000 sq ft to 31,000 sq ft.>
Tungsten Park Stone is due to be completed in summer 2020. The project is part of the wider Stone Business Park, with nearby occupiers that include Jaguar Land Rover, Hexstone and RKW.
